The WordPress.com stats helper monkeys prepared a 2011 annual report for this blog.
Here’s an excerpt:
The concert hall at the Sydney Opera House holds 2,700 people. This blog was viewed 20,793 times in 2011. If it were a concert at Sydney Opera House, it would take about 7 sold-out performances for that many people to see it.
Wahahaha! Kainis.
Gawin bang laughingstock? Ok ok my 19,000 (20,793 to be exact – I should know, I check my stats every hour, haha!) is prolly just your daily average. 😀
A nice blogging morale booster for 2012 AJ.
Thank you, Sir Ed, for the moral support. 🙂
Someone is preening the lovely stats and showing off. Time for applause, people. Let’s do it. Right here. Right now. Claps and cheers.
That’s kick-ass stats, Age.
Have a blessed and wonderful year ahead.
Joy always,
Susan
Please bow to the person with the highest number of comments in 2011: MEEEEE
Those numbers are hardly anything to preen about. 🙂 Just want to thank the people who have supported my little blog, like you Mrs Sus. xoxo
I’m genuflecting before you.
A blessed 2012 to you and your loved ones.
Heyyyyy I love the snowfall on your blog so muchh!
You are creative and always come up with new and exciting things AJ, consider this post for an example 😉 It was fun to go through the stats, feel good thing…CONGRATS! It has completely been my selfish interest and pleasure to drop by and experience the places you have visited, in the form of your words n pictures. Long live ‘The Transcendental Tourist’ 😉
Oh, I can’t take credit for this. I have zero talent in creating graphics on my own! 🙂 Thanks to WordPress for this cool post.
Glad to be your virtual tourist guide, Nehha. It’s been a pleasure touring you. Thanks for the undying support. Enjoy the snowfall while it lasts! 🙂
Ooohhhh that is nice … at least you know what happened on your blog diba? 😉
nice way to recap the year. Very nice lay out as well
Kay, yeah WP is sweet like that. Thanks to you and Nonoy!
Congrats! What a sweet success. The summary was nice and cool. I can say that it was funny but it was something that you and your blog can be proud of. Happy New Year!
Thanks Noks! But not as funny and cool as your SEKS Trip!!! Benta talaga yun.
this is a creative way of summarizing your stats. happy new year! =)
agree 🙂
nice comparison. of all you’ve chosen sydney…hehe
wow ang galing mo naman happy new year
@Michi, @Germz, and @Christair: As I’ve said, I have WordPress to thank. They did everything…the graphics, the comparison with Sydney Opera House, the works. All I had to do was click publish post. Tamad eh. 😀
Ang saya ng blog mo AJ…fun ang pagpresent ng stat! bravo!!!
Thanks Jhen. I’m known as the nosebleed blogger so I let my hair down a bit with this one. 🙂
That’s their job. They’re doing that to encourage you, to keep you going, and to indirectly prod you to do more blogging. At least you’ve the barometer on how you blog is doing, is performing in terms of readership, traffic, and everything. Take it as your yardstick on your performance per se. But the best way is to do it by yourself what you think is best and very convenient for you and beneficial for your readers/followers.
You’re right, Gil. With all the fireworks and graphics, WP made me feel like my blog stats rocked…when in fact my pageviews aren’t something to shout about. 😀 I’m just glad I did better in 2011 than in 2010. And as you’ve said, I shouldn’t be pressured by it all and just work on my blog as I see fit.
Wow! Great blog stats! ^__^ I also love how WordPress presented it with fireworks pa! I hope yung blog ko din makasold out sa Sydney Opera House, hehe.
I wish more travels and adventures for you this 2012! Take care! 🙂
Hahaha maka-ego massage ang WP! I feel like an opera star. 😀 Wishing you the same, pero sa Carnegie Hall ka naman. 🙂 Thanks Karla!
congrats! now you have to live with ur stats and work in 2012 to upstage it…
happy new year!!!
Pressure! 😀 Happy new year, Yuu Ki!
it’s a milestone already… take that as a challenge… surely you could do more than triple of that in this year… may you also reap rewards for your passionate blogging…
This is what I like about WP, numbers are humanized.
Such a sweet success 🙂 I love their way of summarizing stats, very creative! Happy New Year!
Ion, thanks for that optimistic take. I don’t promote my blog outside of Facebook so good luck in tripling my numbers, haha! For now I consider my blog a diary of my travels, not a travel guide site. So I’m still conflicted if it should have a wider reach or not. But certainly I don’t expect any awards. Those things are for major players in the blogosphere. Thanks for the vote of confidence though. 🙂
That’s a nice way of putting it, Nickie. Yeah, WP did exactly that. I like how it highlighted the avid supporters of my blog.
Thanks Rochelle! Happy new year too!
Way too cool, AJ! Keep rocking in 2012!
That’s a tall order, Corinne. But I’ll do my best. 🙂
Wow that was nice !! Man your a silent mover i guess heheh ..ways to go ..Belated new year wishes . i hope 2012 will be a great year for you !!
Silent mover? With those stats? Too silent, no one noticed, hahaha! Have another blissful year of blogging, Sheril!
Inggit ako sa report! Ahihi. What a rockin’ year. And what a rockin’ blogger, one of my faves! We HAVE to meet when we’re back in Pinas.
Naku naman, hanggang report lang ako, wala naman sa stats, haha! Yes, you GOTTA see me! Take Baby Luna and the Master with ya. When is this happening?
Wow ang galing naman!!
Congrats AJ! I am sure the results will triple this year and you will have a full house every day of the year!
This is nothing like your numbers, Nelieta. Yes, I claim your wish for this blog. A full house every day would be very very nice. 🙂
